Crows call out the illusion and one's reality. Symbolic, and telling. This art calls out as well!

Well, this is a puzzle. Which of many possibilities does this represent? I'll start with the most obvious...the scarecrow, however, if there are crops to protect, they are under water. ;) I think I will pass on to a spiritual interpretation of the crows ready to transport the spirit of the man to the afterlife...hmmm...but the man has been long dead since only the skull is there. Could they be the tricksters having done in the man and now they stand admiring their malicious deed? Whatever the meaning behind this image, I think it is awesome. Wonderfully mysterous image with an ethereal quality. I love the subtle coloring. Hugs, x:)

I like the different postures of the crows...it breaks up the symmetry in the center of the image...as do the colours and the mountains... Very nice image.
