Description

It's nice to see that some traditions in Michigan just won't go away: It must snow during the Easter Weekend, It's The Law. I just took this picture around 9:30 am Eastern Time. And, yes, this is my backyard where I keep building my crazy rock-balancing stacks.

very beautiful scene and especially since it is there. although it is snowing in Fort Worth Texas this morning and our high today will be 30-40 degrees below our normal low for this date. since weather has been recorded in Texas there has never been a measurable snow fall in history during April

I have heard that rock piles have many uses in differnet cultures and the past . . . art, treasure markers, travel markers, religious artifacts, etc. My favorite word for these is "carn" (hope I got spelling right). Nice winter scene well captured and displayed!
