A very nice concept. Perhaps a little bit of arch to the back and some slight bending in the elbows and the knee of the outstretched leg to soften the rigidity of the pose might be worth trying.

Na i would have to dissagre , i have never seen a soft lookng stone angel, you did a good job, reminds me of early stone angels, great work,,, lovely
