urm - ok, nice idea and all, but is this really suited to the Photography gallery? Just so happens i can critique this even if it is not - try dropping the contrast on his face and colour matching (use curves on the layer you have dubs on to achieve both of these) and maybe play around with the saturation (the photo has too much detail and lifelike colours to be accepted by the eye as part of the painting), then add some texture over his face to match what could be conceived as a brush stroke "look" because at the moment it does sorely look like a photo stuck on a painting...good job on matching the photo with the lighting tho :) Try www.worth1000.com if you like doing this kind of stuff btw ;)
