Description
...a crew of Poser characters performed a Poser implementation survey on my B-17 model. They were checking for character fits, and geometry glitches.
In thumbnail 1. we see the crew discussing the mission. in 2. Jessi takes aim in the top turret, then in 3. she explains to Don the finer points of bomb dropping.
In 4. we see Judy and James running through the engine start checklist.
5. is a candid shot where Jessi gets a hand up into the plane.
...oh yeah, in the background is the current shot of the fuselage mapping. The wings are in the same state, but I keep falling into the old mind trap of pausing to add extraneous details that dont matter...UV mapping is fun!(?)

All looks "super" fortressed. I think you should do the exact airfoil. You'll find the extra polygons in the leading edge to be just the thing to make it look "flying." One site says NACA 0018 and the Seattle Museum of Flight supposedly gave a forum member NACA 0012 and definitely not the Davis airfoil of the B-24. I would say one airfoil is root and one the tip giving a non linear taper compared to just thinning the root airfoil. I have my own art for this that is overly 3 dimensional based on MD-11 and C-17 practice. Harking back to the '30's one looks at the complex variable transfomrations like Swartz-Christoffel and Von Mieses remebering that Francesco Barraca shot down a lot of Austrian biplanes under the sign of the Griffin.
