Description

Several people asked yesterday about having the camera reversed on the tripod. Here's a shot of what I was doing. The center post of the tripod is reversed, which allows the camera to be mounted upside down, so I can get it much closer to the ground. Thanks for looking and any comments.

Heck, for some reason, I thought you were lying on the ground. :~) Oh well, live and learn. Beautiful flowers too.

I'm sure we all look like this from time to time! I know I do - I was crawling around on the floor with my camera just today!

Well, I don't see other people pointing at you and laughing so you must not have looked silly to them. I thought you were bent over, looking between your legs so this clears up the image I had. As usual, this is another great shot.

Dennise, Thanks for sharing your set up. You have lots of hair as I can see. I guess the photography is keep it all attached :) Awsome shot. I never mount the camera. This is too much to carry and normally there is plenty of light where you do not need it. As I am sure you know, 1/focal length for the shutter speed should prevent the blur due to hand shake. So if your focal length is 200 mm, you would need at least a shutter speed of 1/200 second. I normall go for double of that with a lens without image stabilization. good luck and thanks for posting
