Pretty cool render! Nicely done.

Looks like Skin Vue. The hair works very well. Her pose is okay except for how her upper shoulder functions. Poser's "Use Limits" setting makes the actor harder to pose but gives much more lifelike results. Adding in a background and lighting will make this image something to behold.
