To all of my mother's Renderosity friends:
It saddens me to no end to tell you that my mother, Mina, passed on May 31st, from endometrial cancer. She is survived by my father, Roger, and myself. I apologize for not letting you all know sooner, but her passing has left me with a broken heart and it is very hard to write this, even now. I don't suppose there will ever come a time that it will be easier.
I know how much she loved you all, how much it meant to her to have met such wonderful people, and how much it meant to her to create & share her art with you. I am leaving her work here for a while, as tribute to her, her beauty, her talent & her love.
Brightest Blessings to you all!
Heather
 Mina's daughter
Thanks to all for stopping by and hope you enjoy your visit.

"I get out my work and have a show for myself before I have it publicly.
I make up my own mind about how good or bad or indifferent it is.

I have already settled it for myself so flattery
and criticism go down the same drain and I am quite free.

I don't even watch movies, and I like this! This whole monochromatic thing you've been doing is really good. Evocative, and wonderfully moody. I like!

Hey, I did not know that she died. May her soul find peace. Quite a funny picture with the two lovers - the one is holding the knees of the other... no wonder the woman died. Is it a Boris Karloff picture?

Bela Lugosi had his charms but "The Hunger" quite surpassed his movies in one unforgettable respect ... who can ever forget the love scene between Catherine Deneuve and Susan Sarandon. Whooooweeee! Wonderful, striking, and imaginative image dear Mina. Hugs!
