Description

Like her Grandfather, Haley Maye Parker is an Amazing individual. At the tender age of 14, she discovered she had inherited a wonderful gift, passed from her Grandfather, through her mother, to her. The first sign was when she knew the skybridge would collapse just moments before it happened. Something inside her warned her to get everyone off the bridge immediately. Though everyone thought she was a crazy, amped-up cyberteen ( the trend for most teens her age), something in her eyes told them to listen. She saved eighteen lives that day. The days and weeks to come were a trial, to put it mildly. Her muscles became like iron, her hearing like that of an owl, and her reflexes became lightning fast. Out of her wrists developed a ridge of hardened skin, which she soon found out was a special gland that secreted a sticky substance that was stronger than steel, yet incredibly flexible. Was this why her parents and her grandparents had been so protective of her? Could it be that her grandfather, who had died more than 20 years earlier, was the legendary Spiderman? If this was his gift to her, why hadn't her Mother shown the same gifts? There hadn't been a Spiderman in the world for going on 25 years. A talk with her mother revealed the answers. Yes, her grandfather had been Spiderman. When the gifts he possessed didn't manifest in his daughter, they had assumed the powers would die with him. Apparently, though she had not exhibited the powers, she had passed the genes to her only daughter, Haley. It took a few weeks to come to grips with her new abilities, but she soon came to realize that she had been handed a legacy she could not deny. From the day of that realization, she vowed that her grandfather's legend would live on... in her! ------------------------------------------------- Just something I was toying with in the back of my mind.. thought I would share it with all of you. Had to go with a more styling outfit for her... and decided that she would forego the mask; being so hip and all... (truth is, I couldn't get the mask .obj from Kreatybo to resize where it would look right on her.. LOL) Hope you like.. and thanks for looking.. ------------------------------------------------- Credits: The Girl, The Girl clothing and morphs - DAZ Dystopia City Blocks - DAZ Skydome is a freebie from RDNA Web ropes were created in DAZ using primitives. She's cute. I've never used The Girl so it's always interesting to see how someone else will use her. She's perfect for what you have in mind here, a comic book superhero. Tres cool! :)

This verison kind of reminds me of one of the made-up characters for the "Amalgam" Universe, which Marvel & DC started in the 1990s with one of their over-hyped company cross-over events. Her finger nails are protruding through the gloves. And the web pattern on her boots are odd looking. Otherwise, a creative & colorful 3D render! I like how she's actually swinging through the city!
