Description
Looking across the top of the collapsed cairn roof.Yesterdays photo was taken into the entrance and here you can see the neat stone work.
The passage and chamber are aligned on a Southwestern axis, probably with some relevance to the Midwinter sunset, as with the cairns at Clava. Midwinter was an important time of rebirth in the ancient calendar, as the sun began to regain its hold over the dark nights.

I'm jealous of the 10mm , great use of the wide angle :) Maybe slightly on the overexposed side of things but good nonetheless...
