Description
This is the backing to the Thoth Tarot cards.
It shows a pyramid of the 4 Suits of Minor Arcana cards with the Golden Dawn Rose Cross which symbolizes the Major Arcana.
In the center is the 'Cross of Gold,Ruby Rose'of the Rosecrucians.
The 22 petaled flower is the 22 Major Arcana cards-the 3 classical elements,the 7 classical planets,the 12 signs of the zodiac.
The 4 parts of the cross are the 4 lesser arcana card suits and the name of God:YHVH. To these have been added Sh which is for the Spirit and is for the Court Cards.
There is much else in the symbols and you can find it in any book on the Golden Dawn or Aleister Crowley.
