I really like this pic, has a very sci fi feel to it. I know what you mean with the nudity. I have found that all the best pics (most viewed and rated/commented) always have some scantily clad gal. Though some of them are good, for me, most don't appear to have had that much effort put in to them.

Nice pic! A bit dark for my monitor, but that just makes it more atmospheric. I agree it's a shame that "regular" pictures don't get more hits, but I disagree about the "other" pictures: 1) Pictures with nudity (and violence) may get more hits naturally because they don't have thumbnails. With the sheer number of pictures at Renderocity, I rely on the thumbnail and title to decide whether to view a pic. When a pic doesn't have a thumbnail, I almost always view it. 2) Reality vs art. People have always been attracted to and fascinated by sex in art. When photography came along and provided a "real" medium for these images, it didn't eliminate the appreciation for or value of erotic art. Think of all the modern artists (Sorayama, Frazetta, Vallejo, Vargas, Elvgren, etc.) who have created beautiful art (and been very successful) in the age of photography. Besides, how else can we see naked fairies, elves, and celebrities! :-)

LOL, I agree when I do nudity I too get higher views but I dont do it for this reason at all, I just think sometimes the image looks nice this way, for me its either way no problem, love this render of yours :)

Looks real to me and to answer you question the female human body is like art work. The male human brain and some female brains are designed to respond to it. Be it real digital or imagined. Now if someone is being lecherous about it well that's something different that they have support groups for. Nice pic.
