Born 1941. Yeah, I know, that's old. Live in Rome. Was raised in Buenos Aires, and still feel that as home. Work as a consultant in GIS (Geographical Information Systems). My hobby, or maybe my real profession, is South American history. My wife is a very well known (in her specialized world ) Roman archeologist. Our son is 30 years old, but hasn't decided to grow up yet. Deals in politics. We travel, at least an important travel each year.

Boy, I've been at the head of THAT parade before. They sure can get excited when you take a picture, huh? It's that way at so many historical buildings and although I agree that flashes should be banned for safety and comfort, I don't understand why flashless shots shouldn't be allowed. Of course, I do not wish to argue this point as I pay my fine for breaking their rules... :-) Great shot as on the run.

thanks for sharing this magnificent capture and art work.I parked the other day in a restricted area where there is video surveillance to take the picture I posted yesterday and before I could leave there was a police helicopter flying toward me. I jumped in my FJ and made tracks leaving
