Description


These pictures were taken from the 03 level that is the 4th floor of a ship. I took the pictures as a wave was breaking over the hurricane bow of the destroyer DD950 over in the South China Sea. I have always liked this sequence of pictures. I took the last picture as the wave was about to hit the half wall I was standing behind. I ducked behind it and put my camera in my coat to protect it. I am sorry about the quality of the pictures as they were taken when I was in the Navy many years ago. All I had was a cheap camera. I did some clean up on the picture by hand using paint. I could not seem to get the edit function to load up the new picture. So I uploaded it again. Enjoy.
