Description

I've always found the sight of Sufi Mystics meditative whirling dance to be fascinating. Caught a brief glimpse of it on tv and thought it would make a neat image. And then there's my fascination with attractive women...... For the skirt, I took a terrain and drew spokes, then opened the KPT5 photoshop plugins, within Bryce and twirled it. Took a bunch of tries, but I like it. *** BTW, I've been exploring DAZ Studio lately, so some of my images have been posted in that gallery, if anyone would like to check them out, you can just click my name under the title. Thanks for all the fine comments.

This is an awesome image and idea. Bravo Dave! Funny thing about these images is considering the after effects.. IE: What happens when she stops spinning... Someone will have to call the fire dept to unwrap her...lol. Best regards from the other Dave :^)

Your an amazing artist, to look at the tv and mind you that dance is so beautiful, when I went to turkey in the 80's I was mesmerized by it and then to make it happen on a graphic, outstanding work Angela

it looks like a endless skirt - don't want one though, I'd be even clumsier than I already am. very cool suggestion of technique, might be useful somehow! and it came out nice!
