Description

Captured this little beauty at Lotherton Hall, North Yorkshire. Lucky for me it was feeding time so they weren't too shy when it came to me jamming a camera lens up against the wire to fire off a few shots! He, or she was pacing up and down at the front of the cage where there was some light, even so the DoF is still very shallow. Canon 400D: ISO200, 1/125th, f/6.3, 17-85@85mm Thanks for viewing.

Nice detail - maybe a bit on the dark side - but you did great with the light coming from behind the Owl..

Other than being a little dark, this is an excellent capture, especially the rear light highlingting the side if the head, Stuart
