A critical point in image portrayal. It could be a Photoshop vertical mirror which is totally 2D or it could be a Terragen model rendered from 3D. The cues that in a real photograph would distinguish are lost in simplicity. At least we can exclude the psychological explanation that it seeks perfection in paranoia. There is an escape to infinity on the left. Very classic stillness.
