Description

A giant city on the inside of a torus. I had planned to add more, but got stuck on this test render. About 100 hours (since last Thursday) required to render this one at 2200x1400. No IBL this time, it's the glass that costs time, but the reflections are so nice. I'll think about adding more, later. I had thought of suspended habitat modules, something more going on in the cavernous space. Trees and lights under all the domes.

Nice. But I did't liked the "no soft" shadows on the ceiling.

Great scenery, marvelously aligned. It should be very beautiful the popularization of trees and constructions in the interior. It would be interesting to see that. Congratulations.

HaHa, welcome to my world! Some of my scenes take weeks of processor time to render. The electric bill really takes a hit. Fun stuff though!

The Japanese quark detector! It needs the divers floating in space to complete the scene. Hunnert hours for a test render? It's easier to catch a quark.
