The eye rotation is striking. Attractive looking facial features too. Love the monochrome pallette and skin texture. Hair is always a bitch if you're going for realism - her left side looks a bit synthetic. But hey, at least you didn't postwork some in. Look's like a nice pure render demonstrating a lot of skill using Poser - and that's not easy.
