The start of a short series from me today, shots are very varied in subject matter. All have one thing in common, all were taken in or near my beloved Bay. They are the colours of my life here, they do my heart, my soul good. Happy eventime for all. Hugs. Diane.

Wooh hoo!! I got a picture next to yours in the gallery!!!!! I love the colours of this one Di, the clarity of the flowers is super and the contrast and composition is fantastic and most importantly (for me anyhow!!) you have water in the shot - I love water shots and this is great with the lovely reflections. Excellent capture and looking forward to the next in the series - you do live in a gorgeous part of the world. xx

Thank you all for comments. @Zorg1955/dear Jean-Louis. Indeed you are right, these are "agoncs". Gorse bushes, they grow in abundance in Bay, sometimes covering whole hillsides, a sight to behold!! The landscape becomes a patchwork quilt of yellow and greens.. Such beauty and such a blessing from Nature :-) Hugs. Diane.

Simply gorgeous - the colours are fabulous, the composition spot on. I believe that when has a particular passion for something then it shows through in photographs and it is clear to me you love and appreciate this place and see the beauty that is there, it is shining through in this capture. Gorgeous freesh first shot of you bay series Di. I love the tiny yellow flowers make up half of the picture. Nice compo too ballanced whit a water lined whit rocks.
