Description

Took the bike out for a spin, ended up by the river near the fourth ring. Lovely, peaceful, not smelly or littered, though I wouldn't go for a dip in it. The return ride was less placid, negotiating the chaotic Beijing rush hour.

Beautiful scenic view... without the stone fences, it would look like a Dutch or Belgian landscape...

It must have been FUN to ride a bike in rush hour trough Beijing, at least I had that enjoyable event/ experience in Shanghai, some years ago!! I like this photo, the light and refections in the water are beautiful, Have a nice day Henk
