Description
Most of Mors Daleth is largely unsettled, due to the newness of the colonization effort there and damage suffered during the war with the Volteran Empire.
The Caracal Mountains and the eponymous Mount Caracal are just at the edge of human habitation. Several expeditions have been lost in these mountains. The rumor was that a Volteran lander loaded with troops had crashed in these rugged mountains during the war, and they were still waging a guerilla war against the human colonists. It was our job to determine the truth of these rumours. Our team was heavily armed and well skilled, but as I looked out over this bleak land, I felt trepidation...
