Description

Here you see a contest with three people in. They have paper bags put on they heads so they cannot see. Then they have to make a bowl of some type. The man in black is talking to the people and telling them storys of the past and thing about pottery. He also tell of the three contest people and what he knows of them. He would get behind one and the people that like that potteryer would yell. He would go to the next and the ones that like that one would yell. That is how the winner is pick. I post the winner shot tomorrow. thanks for looking and comments. was not sure which Genre to put this in thought you all like to see how a pottery contest is held here in Louisiana; guess it the same around the world

I can't say I've ever been to one, nor heard of one here. I'm sure they exist but the more artistic communities are 30 minutes or more away and you don't hear about them until they are over. I am amazed at the skill here and without seeing what they are doing. Those sides are nicely uniform and well shaped! Can't wait to see the winner. Great shot!
