Description

so y'all have probably heard there's a new posse in town. but will the honorable sen. leahy and his faithful deputy rep. waxman ever catch up to that insufferable li'l varmit and the pet chihuahua he rode in on? from the looks of where alberto's headed, they may not have to ... (just a little something to mark the a.g.'s big day yesterday.)

very funny and excellent composition. too bad he does not come clean instead of letting his underling take the heat over the firings. I worked in his former house after he became governor and it was full of dead rats .

welp, i'll say this, excellent modeling, the comp is well put together. but the political rant you have to way off, those people worked at the pleasure of the President, he is permitted to fire them at anytime for any reason or no reason at all! Clinton fired almost ALL of them while he was in office and no one said a thing!!!!! Don't listen to the liberal biased media. They are way too one sided. great modeling work though.. :) (Ps- i'd rate you but it does go against my morals as a conservative republican)

"Clinton fired almost ALL of them while he was in office and no one said a thing!!!!!" Clinton fired them upon taking office, not right in the middle of his term. Anyway, awesome image! I have no idea which figures you used, but they sure do look like who they're supposed to! Hope to see more liberal-biased art from you in the future. ;)

Instant favorite, man. Instant favorite. Sure would like to get my hands on those characters; got some ideas for a whole series of images. You don't by any chance have a Cheney too, do you? Dynamite pic.

so far the only figures i have are the ones above. this is my third political spoof and i've been making them as i go along. but it probably wouldn't be hard to get a cheney out of leahy. each of the figures use the p4 businessman for the body and mike v2 for the heads. it's just two figures parented together with only the appropriate body parts visible. as far as releasing the figures, i'm going to have to sit down and figure out what's redistributable. some elements, like bush's hair, were significantly rebuilt (his is p5 james hair) in lightwave, and not readily shareable.

So when Bill Clinton fired every, and I mean EVERY US Attorny nobody said a thing, since it was within his purvue to do so, that was OK, but when it is the current administration, suddenly it's a bad thing?

i thought it might be worthwhile for the record to list some of the other victims of "liberal bias": senator gordon smith (r-or): "for the justice department to be effective before the u.s. senate, it would be helpful [if gonzales resigned]." (3-15-07) senator john sununu (r-nh): "if i were the president, i would fire the attorney general." (3-14-07) senator tom coburn (r-ok): "the best way to put this behind us is your resignation." (4-19-07) senator lindsey graham (r-sc): "most of this [reasons for the firings] is a stretch." (4-19-07) senator jeff sessions (r-al): "there are some problems that he just hasn't handled well, and it might just be best if he came to a conclusion that the department is better served if he's not there." (4-19-07) senator arlen specter (r-pa): "im not going call for your resignation; i'm not going to make a recommendation on that. i think there are two people that have to decide that question. you have to decide it in the first instance. if you decide to stay on, its up to the president to decide." (4-19-07) rep. vern elhers (r-mi): "since he's such a close, personal friend, he's hurt the president by what he's doing, he should have the politeness to offer his resignation." (4-19-07) rep. paul gillmor (r-oh): "given the totality of the circumstances, I think it would be better for the president and the department if the attorney general were to step down." (4-19-07) rep. dana rohrbacher (r-ca): "even for republicans this is a warning sign saying there needs to be a change." (4-19-07) rep. lee terry (r-ne): "frankly, until these statements came out that contradicted his first statement, i was backing him, saying that he shouldn't resign. now I think that he should." (4-19-07)
