Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. I'm enjoying seeing the world thru your post on Renderosity. Mahalo and Aloha....Errol

A sea cow/manatee for sure. I used to jump into the canal in our back yard when I was young to play with these guys, much to my parents dismay.

So it has to be my Bayou Breeding coming out, but I see a big, fat, tender bottom-feeder here - the delicious mud catfish! Yum! And there is nothing finer than a big plate of Blackened Catfish, hushpuppies and red beans and rice... But I digress. LOL Nice shot. :-)

Shrimp boats is a comin'.... Actually, to my eye, it reminds me of the fluorescent head of a giant squid, or an octopus, swimming at top speed. The texture kind of looks like that of a whale, though. In any event, great lighting in this wonderful capture.

superb and impressive close up !

The dark spot at the right looks like an angel fish stretched out. On the left the two little things look like, well, buck teeth on a weird alien. Some amazing colors and depth in this one.
Shucoda
The textures & the color is fantastic... I can almost feel the heat.. Well done mate!

If we can see so much that hasn't skinned over yet, this must be moving fairly fast. It looks like trouble if you're not careful. Keep your eyes open, Errol.
