Description

Hello everyone For this shot, i speak french because it's important for me... Sincerement Marc

Yes, yesterday we lost a "Blue Angel". I grew up in Pensacola Florida, home of the Blue Angels. While their air shows are amazing, it is a dangerous thing they do, and sometimes it happens. But they know the risk. It's all volunteer, but that doesn't make it any easier when we lose one. Excellente photographie!

I was photographing an F8F Grumman "Bearcat" painted in Blue Angels colors yesterday when another museum visitor told me of the crash. This is a fitting tribute to Lt. Commander Davis. Well done, Marc.

Marc, Just found your gallery. I like everything here, especially this tribute and your other aviation pictures as well. We just had a large airshow here where I live in Kansas City, Missouri (USA). Hope you'll take a look at a few aviation images that I have posted. No need to apologize for your English...wish I could speak French...but I cannot. Bill
