drifterlee, I dont like to say it's terragen because the raw terragen images (I say images because it took more then one render to get this effect) doesnt look anything like this. I use a ton of post work in my background allot of brush work, added lighting and enhancements in Photoshop before I call it finished or somewhat finished Im never really happy always finding something more I could add especially after I post, bla I hate that and then I dont want to pull it down and repost so I move onto the next project and use that ideal on it. :)

Awesome atmosphere. Great composition. Beautiful character, pose and expression. Nice close-up. It shows how good her skin texture is and the great job you did with her hair.
