Ahhhh :-) A soft and warm feel to this. I do have to ask why they are in the water but their clothes aren't wet at the bottom. I'm also seeing her gown cutting into his. Might be better to have the water behind them and them standing on the beach? Just some ideas for this lovely romantic scene :-)

Beautiful composition, georgeous colors, excellent posing of the characters and clothing selection. One piece of advice, regarding the water plugin (is it flood?), it cuts into a 3D object (the bottom of her dress) in a straight across line. With a little more postwork, you can round that out to make it look 3D. Just a tip for helping out future works, by no means do I think it hurts the overall quality and wonderful nature of this image.
