Hello ! Here you have a protrait I painted yesterday... only in PSP9 and a plugin. I like the effect, that came out of it, so I wanted you to se it too. Hope you like it. Actually I better like to draw on paper first, but this time I started to draw in PSP. Thanks for your nice comments to yesterdays "Spring over the inlet. Wow - this is really good, Helle! Of course your drawing is superb - you're so talented at that - and I like the effects you used. Even the mat and frame are beautiful! This whole thing is just wonderful all the way around.

I like this "gouging" technique in the drawing. As if a block carving for printing... I used to do linoleum block carving and this is very much what they would look like. Nice job.

hmm, i hope to be more around later in may when i have finished my illusttrations helle, i dont want to miss your and everbodys elses 2D work as far as I can catch them. sometimes i am too slow :( that portrait has a classical touch and reminds me to the great masters :)) as always a joy to see the variety of your work ... take care helle!
