Had to get up in the dark to get this shot. I suppose that's why there are more sunsets photographed than sunrises.
I was the only person there that morning. Pensacola Beach, Florida.

Just beautiful! I've never had the pleasure of seeing a sunrise over the ocean. Looks and feel so peaceful and calming. This almost doesn't look real but rather like a scene from some distant world.

That is the best time of day there. Before anyone invades that part of the world and it belongs to just you. No matter where I go, this beach is the place that has "home" written on it for me. No matter how it changes, no matter what storms may come, reshaping the landscape and the shoreline, it always holds that essence of home you've captured here. :-)
