G'day. Just a black n whoite of a feather "macro" wioth a water drop for effect!! Im still practising and playing with black n white as a technique!! Enjoy Louise

black and white is amazing... i recommend using a gradient map to convert from colour use the sliders and you get a massive amount of tonal control. anyway - this shot is a classic (or at least here on rendo), nicely composed and the black and white does make it more "classy", although i might have gone for a bit more black within the feather to bring out some more contrast and detail. PS for my shot the simple answer is in the keywords... but i am going to explain it at the end of the series on friday.
