Nikon 7900 image. Here is a colorful little moth caterpillar that looks like a made-up critter, lol. The adult moths are rather drab greys and browns, short lived, and do not feed but the colorful caterpillers eat the foliage of a great variety of trees and shrubs and during high population spurts can defoliate entire trees.

Lol, they are neat, aren't they. And they move so fast it is hard to get a clear shot. I have one VERY similar that I was going to post...may hold off for now... ;'P
