LOS RECUERDOS NEGATIVOS El recuerdo es un arma de doble filo, cuando evocas las experiencias tristes, le estás abriendo la puerta al dolor. Tienes que comenzar por olvidar el pasado, siempre y cuando éste haya sido doloroso. Si desde el ayer has vivido situaciones en verdad devastadoras e increíblemente dolorosas, fíjate qué grande es "La Fuerza". Gracias a ella, igual llegaste a hoy. Entonces pregúntate: ¿Dónde está esa fuerza? La respuesta es clara: ¡Dentro de ti mismo! Aférrate más a La Fuerza o a Dios, como lo quieras llamar y verás que puedes olvidar. Deja atrás los temores, los fantasmas. Tú no naciste con miedo, lo adquiriste por el medio en que te tocó vivir. A muchos de nosotros nos ha tocado vivir hechos muy difíciles. Muchos tenemos un pasado penoso: la pérdida de un ser querido, el haber sufrido torturas, los golpes fuertes y duros de la vida. Pero por más doloroso, por más lacerante que haya sido tu sufrimiento, puedes superar lo que te ocurrió en el pasado. ¡Vive el Hoy! Busca y logra que el día de hoy sea feliz. Dedícate a vivir lo mejor que puedas. Disfruta el día de hoy tal y como se presente. Disfruta del sentimiento mágico de la vida, ábrete a cualquier tipo de fronteras, y no te limites. Si tienes deseos de hacer algo que no hiciste nunca, hazlo. Reflexiona y medita sobre esta idea: NADIE, ABSOLUTAMENTE NADIE, SABE SI EN EL DÍA DE MAÑANA NUESTRO PLANETA AÚN ESTARÁ EN EL UNIVERSO. Así que no pienses en el mañana. El día de mañana será el hoy que tendrás que escribir en el Libro de tu Vida. Por lo tanto, el "Mañana es el Hoy".
