Another request.
Something a little off the wall for me.. was definitely a challenge as I had to make the clothing textures myself. (I have a lot to learn in this department.)

The lighting was really a challenge. Scrapped the lights a few times and started all over before getting them right.

I'm just skipping around here since there's a lot I haven't sat with yet. This is a very sharp & vivid piece. Your sharp divisions between the squares in the patterns on the jester's hat, shirt & scarf are very clear & vivid; and the coloring in the mask (incl the B&W division) are equally vivid & sharply done. I think you have the right background hue, given the hue of the jester. And the fact that you designed this attire yourself is amazing. Strong "theatrical" lighting, as if we're seeing the Jester either in performance, or behind the stage waiting to perform. A finely done piece, and the jester seems in the middle of an act, so he's not just a clown, he's a performer. Finely done all around...like Peter (e-brink) says, this picture works!
