years ago when I was remodeling stores the owners of gum machines would not pickup their old machines like these and after a while the company asked me to dispose of them. I had no idea as to their value now.excess of $300.00. I would pick the lock and always there would be change left in them which would fall into my pocket!!! excellent capture and an unusual subject

Twenty-five cents!!! When I was a kid there were penny gumballs and nickle machines for stuff like this. Boy, do I feel old! Excellent capture.

Gee, when I was a kid you didn't get nuts or M&Ms or stuff like that... you got the little plastic bubbles with a prize in it (usually rings) or a gumball for a penny and that was that. You took your chances and most of the time you got a crappy gumball when it was the bubble with the "ruby ring" you were after. LOL! Wonderful photo!

One can see that jelly beans are favored over the rest and it is a surprise to see that nuts come in second over bubble gum. Wonderful capture. Thank you for sharing. egmont
