Description

I'm seeing a lot of Robins building their nests these days. In fact, right outside my office window, I've been watching them. :) I took this picture just this morning while on my 2 mile walk - this Robin was very cooperative with me. I was pleased. Not much success using auto settings; so luckily she allowed me the time to adjust some manual settings before our photo shoot. :) Hope you had a nice day - it is gorgeous here in Minnesota. TGIF! Great shot. I find robins to be the most accomodating birds to be photographed as the other birds tend to fly away much faster.

The back lighting was perfect to make the bird stand out against the dark background, excellent DOF. It is good to know these birds are accommodating and even your weather turned for the better, you MN's must be pleased.
