Description

Pastels on paper sized 39 x 50 cm (about 15,5 by 19,5 inches). I'm still exploring the spring light; the sun is shining brightly from quite low position still making strange and hard shadows and highlights. The shadows are so long that they almost seem to live the life their own. Cold light revealing the nature after the long and winter. Somebody's said that April is the most cruel month of the year... Oh this is so beautiful, Titta. Yes I have seen the long shadows here too. You did a wonderful job and I like very much this dreamy pastels. You have a very beautiful nature up there. :)

This is so beautiful Titta. I love the colors and the lighting. I like especially how the blue of the sky carries down to the boulders. I would love to be in a place like this. I would feel great peace there. Hugs, Suzanne

Good morning Titta :) That cruel April with these long shadows must be a finish feature. I once was in Norway enjoying 2 months of spring there, I remember these living shadows you are speaking of, was anyhow a magic atmosphere.
