Description
Orville Reservoir Meets the Pacific
The water is clear
Refreshing to the soul
Cruise in a boat
So many miles
To catch
Across the water
The trees are green
Rock formations
Bigger than me
Many personalities
Drift in and out
Hard to keep float
On a boat too small
For three
Excitement in the air
When reeling in
I hit Al in the face
For him to see
Only one
That caught a Fish!
Three inches in length
What a catch!
Not a happy camper
Grumpy soul
Al is
Shocked eyes
Started to laugh
I could not stop
Who would have thought?
Outhouses
Floating in the water
Chained to stay
I was surprised
Thrilled
At once
Not much nibbling
Time for a dip
Water so deep
Refreshing
And clear
So many miles
A soul can swim
Drenched skin
Soaking wet
Orville Reservoir
A beautiful place
To see
Feel
Cruise
And dream
