That which doesn't kill us makes us stronger...
I never really understood that phrase until this past week. On Sunday April 22nd I found myself in the emergency room and then found out I was pregnant. I thought that was the worst news for my life right now. 2 hrs later I actually heard the worst news. My older sister has passed away. On Thursday evening I went to the ER again, and lost the baby. Today was my sisters funeral, she was 33 years old.
This image is a repost. I originally posted this in 2003, after I did this image and had it made into a poster for her Christmas gift of 2003.
As painful as this week has been, it HAS in fact made me stronger. The reason behind all this rambling is that no matter what life is throwing at you, you CAN handle it and SOMEONE will always care enough to help pull you through when you least expect it. Giving up is NOT an option.
