Description
After years of civil war throughout the Wittan Hoax systems, different spiritual factions became closely aligned to the Alchemy Mystique systems. The Alchemians and Hoaxites had common social and spiritual roots that allowed them to become one region. Tellusmor Manurium became the capital planet of the new Mystique Hoax Compact. The Compact later evolved into a Democratic Theocracy, one of the first in the IPUP that survived for generations because of the stable social structure within the Compact
