I know these older sections of villages still exist but every time I see them I am in awe. To live right on the street, houses touching or nearly touching, narrow streets... its incredible. And then I remind myself its a whole different life. No car traffic buzzing through, no gangs or kids "tagging" every blank wall, no huge number of people tramping through... So very nice to see this.
