Description
Tomb of a cruel and evi landlord.
It is said he was so proud of his evil deeds he had people make him this huge tomb with demonic statues to be rememberd by after his demise.
His influence in this world is long gone and now almost 100 years after his death I dance on his grave.
Retouched in photoshop.

Good for you! There is an old joke about an alcoholic my grandmother used to tell. "A recovered drunk lay dying in a hospital. A friend, still drinking, sat at his bedside. The former drunk asked "When I die, will you pour a fifth of Jack Daniels on my grave since I do not want to ruin my sobriety and drink it?" His friend said, "Sure, but do you mind if it passes through me first?"

Kewl concept and nicley postworked. All this mad scrabble for wealth and fame, only to loose it at death and to be (mostly) forgotten.

Doesn't matter how rich you are or how big influence you have with people, one day or another were all going there. Whats the point of money when your gone anyway? If you ask me this is his last cry "Remember me, maybe not for the good deeds I did but atleast remember me if so for the bad ones."

Love the concept - there's many of these graves / tombs that I would love to dance on too!! It has a rather "haunting" feel to this picture, not sure if that's the story behind it or the shot itself, but either way, it has certainly spurred my emotions and that's always a good thing - this is when a photograph becomes a piece of art. Great capture. xx

hmmyes there is some truth in there i suppose, but being remembered gives you a slight immortality among men. a greater punishment would be to be forgotten by all. that would really.. suck... btw, is that story of the evil landlord true? becouse if so, why do those two statue dudes kneel? is it becouse they represent his bad qualities and represent them kneeling before death. for death wa's the only thing that could end his evilness... ah well. i really like the waves in the coat. i love the dark eyes and the monotone colors of the background. i like the statues too, very much.... the building on the right is a little different, in color and all. a very great looking image ! A+ for you.^^
