Description
It's the device of one of the Dutch provinces, 'Zeeland'. In the course of the centuries there were many floods and inundations, but everytime there was a revival and towns and villages were restored. I used the motiv of this fractal earlier but this version is very different, so I bring it again to your attention. As mostly is the case last time it has been created in UF.
