looks to be an M60 hull no suprising considering the amount of scrap metal/material they have been recycling left over from the war.

I would say an m41 Walker Bulldog Light tank. Most likely a ARVN vehicle provided by the U.S.

ranman38 is correct. It's a U.S. M-41 used by the South Vietnamese Army (ARVN). mughi3 is right about old vehicles being cut down for scrap. It's just a matter of time before the fine steel in this tank is torched down for other uses. The ruins of war are still all around S.E. Asia, but disappearing. Well captured bit of history.
