Description

Killing Tinkerbell And her lips die quick and cold beneath my own They tremble still, and her eyes won't close But you're not here, because i was never there She's walking next to him That was me, but you've gone silent I could never make you smile that way and I can't be him I can't save what was and what is I can't Sleepless, why are you so cold? I won't let him have you the way i did Wake up please don't leave again I can't stand to see you go I'm not him and I'm not here I was never there You're not breathing You're not mine

DLG A bit on the dark side. It shows great promise though. Keep up the good work. :o)

DLG... Yeah, this is too dark to really appreciate. Maybe you can at the very least highlight her face with a point light or spot light? As a WIP this holds a lot of promise.

Giving the title and subject matter I believe the lighting is just right. Just my own humble opinion. Great render! I love it!

DLG Whoa ho ho ho! I think that I may side with Rundwulf on this one! It is dark, but in this case keeping the face in shadow kind of works with the macabre title. Great image!

DLG It is dark but it fits with your poem. I do like her skin texture though - different. -L

How dare you!! But who says this is tinkerbell..... do not really recognise her face.... I'd lighted the face not the Bra... I love the title and the idea though

DLG- - -> Before I join the debate on the lighting I just want to say that this is a great concept and a beautiful render! As far as the lighting goes, yeah it's dark, but I think that might be what you were aiming for. To me the only thing that looks a bit off is the metal surfaces being a little too shiny. This render seems to be walking a tightrope stretched between everyones personal taste.

DLG :) I for one think this is a masterpiece!! Your mood and poem are 100% visible in this splendid render!! For not being able to see her face (and I do am curious for I think she is stunningly beautiful..) one's attention is automatically drawn to her (very well posed) chest and bum. She has a sensationally great outfit and the lighting there is exactly right! And yet... she is not there (no face)... 5+++

DLG <--> Not all Poser type renders need to be fully lit. This lighting sets a mood that fits the image and poem to a capital T. Dark and sexy. Example of lighting, in my work "Sub-level 3" I thought the alien had too much light. Some disagreed, and that's fine, but it just isn't dark enough for me, it didn't capture the mood I was trying to create 100%. This work is a fine example of "breaking the mold", which is what we all should strive for! 5+*****

Very kewl and creepy work, I LOVE IT! Looks great on my screen, I think the shadowing adds that mysterious macabre touch. The texture really does it for me though!

DLG - I'm with Pankaj - it's a great image and I'd like to see a little bit more of the face. Something like the lighting on Topaz Rose's avatar would fit the theme I think, without spoiling the image. All in all though - great work!
