Description

These golden leaves really were determined to hang on for the winter, and they did. Actually shot on April 1st technically during spring, but in reality it was as cold as winter. It even snowed 15 days later! I really love shallow depth of field so I shot wide open with my tele lens to make the image dreamier. The combination of a long lens and wide aperture helped enhance the illusion that there were really a lot more of those leaves on the tree than there really were. So, the camera never lies does it? Hmmmmm
