To all of my mother's Renderosity friends:
It saddens me to no end to tell you that my mother, Mina, passed on May 31st, from endometrial cancer. She is survived by my father, Roger, and myself. I apologize for not letting you all know sooner, but her passing has left me with a broken heart and it is very hard to write this, even now. I don't suppose there will ever come a time that it will be easier.
I know how much she loved you all, how much it meant to her to have met such wonderful people, and how much it meant to her to create & share her art with you. I am leaving her work here for a while, as tribute to her, her beauty, her talent & her love.

Three things...One, it was really cool the way this image opened up. I know that was unintentional, but it was like seeing three different images, and all were beautiful....Second, you're right. Ya gotta play. Sometimes that yields your best work. It's when you 'play it safe' that nothing gets anywhere. And three...I'm a huge fan of the Alice stories and Lewis Carroll. Ever since my Paige was little, we've always called the moon, when it's tilted and in that crescent phase, a Cheshire cat moon. "....Twas brillig...and the slithy toves....did gyre and gimble in the wabe...All mimsy were the borogoves....and the momeraths...out grrrrrrrrrrrrrrabe." -M ;^)
