Description
*This is mainly to showcase the Chaplain Helm and Shoulders I wiped up last night. I plan on a custom suit texture just for the Chaplains to come.*
The Chaplains are the individuals responsible for maintaining a Chapter's spiritual purity and devotion to the Cult of the Emperor.
They are one of the first faces a new recruit sees upon becoming a neophyte of the Chapter and preside over the indoctrination of the recruit. The Chaplain will teach them the cult beliefs of the Chapter and direct them in the memorization of the various Hymnals and Liturgies they are required to know such as the Liturgy of Righteous Hate to consecrate themselves for battle.
Though notoriously strict and fiery individuals, they are also renowned for their sense of Duty and responsibility for their Brother Marines. They fight with passion and inspired belief, ever watchful for the well-being of their comrades.
The Face Plate of the Chaplains Helm resembles a Death's Head Skull, inspiring fear in the enemy and respect and devotion in their comrades.
The Skull Helm is seen as one symbol of office transforming the Chaplain into an Avatar of the Emperor's Will and by extension, the Will of the Chapter.
