My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

I have no idea what its purpose is/was. Okay, then I'll make up my own scenario. It is one of the components used in the TV series, Wild Wild West, with Robert Conrad and Ross Martin. The show featured all kinds of equipment like that. Brass was the big thing back in those post Civil War days, and into the turn of century. This object would even make Captain Nemo proud. That said, an excellent capture, whether macro or not, with a fine POV, lighting, clarity, and textural effects.
