Description
Just a test of the new HDRi feature of Bryce 6. I used the well-known Uffizi Gallery image. It took about 2.5 hours to render, which is actually quite fast for my machine. All comments welcome. The colors came from my Necrons Codex for WH40k that was sitting on the desk. The bright metallic finish seems to go well with the bright, green glass.

Looks great!! Now if you want to take that render up to about 48 hours and get different results...turn Sun/Moon back to ON, click ON Soft Shadows, turn everyting else OFF, set HDRI quality to 50, Intensity (on that probe about 20-25) and HDRI effect to 100. (i love HDRI rendering!!) great job!

A lovely example of HDRI and you've chosen great materials too!

it is a great HDRI to use(I've used it many times). although your setup is very simple, your texture for the green glass is awesome!! I'd like to see this lighting setup with a model a bit more complex....keep it up!! :) -chachi
